The College will access funding for you

Do you have to attend college?

No we will deliver any training programme at a venue of your choice

Do you cover shift patterns - e.g. nights?

The College have a team of professionals who work, 24/7, 52 weeks a year

How far do you travel?

To your workplace or a venue of your employers choice

What commitment will you want from me?

You will need to provide assessment opportunities in the workplace and complete some knowledge questions set by your assessor

How much time will my employee need off the shop floor?

this depends on the qualification but the majority of qualifications are undertaken in the workplace through real work activities

Do you have qualifications for ESOL to help with languages?

Yes

Do you have extra support for deaf employees?

Yes

Who will be my contact?

You will be given one point of contact who will ensure all your needs are satisfied

How much am I entitled to?

The really depends on the type of business you operate, the number of people you employ and the areas you need help. Our Employer Responsive team are all experienced and can quickly assess your full entitlement once your eligibility has been confirmed.

Does my profitability make a difference?

No ... 2008 changed the economic landscape so quickly, what went before doesn’t necessarily have bearing on what you will do as a business in 2009.

Will I have to repay anything?

No ... any investment is focussed on the long term benefit if the Government can help more businesses survive and thrive.

What if we are down sizing?

Corporate College is here to help you through this difficult period and there is funding available to support you and your people through redundancies.

What will I have to do?

Nothing ... the business support and benefits to your business will be explained, the whole delivery will be managed by one of our Business Support Consultants ... you simply receive the help you need where you need it.

Where is the funding coming from?

There are several sources of funding but in the past the red tape has put businesses off applying for it. You will be informed about the different funding streams but it really does not effect how you operate. All the red tape will be taken care of by our Business Support Consultants and you will be left to focus on improving your business.
