Validated by the Chartered Institute of Environmental Health, this course is designed to give an overview of the basic principles of Good Food Hygiene practice. This course is suitable for any candidate working in the food industry or anybody involved with the handling and preparation of food as first level training.

- Chilling and cold holding
- Cooking, hot holding and reheating
- Food handling
- Principles of safe food storage

No special entry requirements, although the course is suitable for workers in the food industry or anybody involved with the handling and preparation of food at first level training.
