Cleaning & Infection Control Training Courses
Validated by the Institute of Leadership and Management, the Award is a concise qualification aimed at developing senior management skills and knowledge required at this level. The mandatory unit 'Making Informed Decisions' examines different decision making strategies and their uses - assessing their relative strenghts and weaknesses. Participants then research and employ appropriate strategis in an area relevant to their role.
Also validated by the Institute of Leadership & Management, the Certificate builds and broadens the skills and knowledge gained by the Award. In the second mandatory unit at this leve, 'Developing the Executive Manager', particpants collect and analyse feedback on their personal management theories/models and schools/trends in management thinking. Finally, participants identify strengths in their own management practice and prepare an action plan to address areas for improvement.
Entry Requirements
No special entry requirements, but particpants will normally be practising or aspring senior managers and will need access to work based evidence is required for assessment purposes.

Award Cost - £889.00 per learner
Certificate Cost - £1655.00 per learner
Upgrade Cost - To upgrade after completing the Award to then undertake the Certificate is £788.00 per learner
Additional Information
Candidates may join the Certificate directly and are not required to undertake the Award as a prerequisite.
Candidates completing the Award need to attend all sessions up until and uncluding Thursday 14th January 2010. Candidates undertaking the Certificate will need to attend all sessions.
