Fenestration (windows) Training Courses
Validated by the Institute of Leadership and Management, the ILM Level 3 Award in First Line Management is a concise qualification which given an introduction to the basic skills, knowledge and understanding required by first line managers. The mandatory unit 'Solving Problems and Making Decisions' is designed to develop practical techniques for tackling managerial problems and making decisions from gathering and interpreting information through to the effective communication of outcomes.
Entry Requirements
No special entry requirements, but work experience is essntial. Participants will normally be practising or aspiring first line managers, and access to work based evidence is required for assessment purposes.
Progression Route
ILM Level 3 Certificate in First Line Management; NVQ Level 3 Management (subject to skills analysis); ILM Level 5 Award in Management.
