Spectator Safety Training Courses
Validated by the Chartered Institute of Environmental Health, this course is designed for those working in all food businesses at supervisory level; this includes supervisors and team leaders. This course will make candidates aware of their role in the implementation of food safety procedures at all stages of food preparation and service, together with the importance of their role in the supervision of food handlers in food safety matters.

Entry Requirements
Level 2 Award in Food Safety in Catering or equivalent is beneficial and candidates ideally need to be working in a supervisory/first line management position within a catering, manufacturing or retail environment.
